Vikram has been writing poetry ever since he was 8 years old. His first, hand-written, volume of serious poetry was unfortunately eaten by his dog (no, really!) before he could get it into the hands of a publisher. He has lately been focusing on poetry for a younger audience, some of which is excerpted here. In addition to several poetry collections, Vikram also has a number of rhyming picture book manuscripts currently in circulation.
