Hooray - the little readers in Michigan, USA voted on their favorites and my book ZOONI TALES: Keep It Up, Plucky Pup was picked as a Honor Book in the K-1 Category of the 2026 Michigan Great Lakes Great Books Awards.
Every year, the librarians in Michigan select 40 books they consider to be especially worthy for kids to read. The winners are then selected by the kids themselves. So gratifying to have been honored by kids!
