2015 - Year In Review

*** Whew! *** 2015 What an Year!

My 2015 Highlights:

• 1 Large Mural installed (Redmond Town Center)
• 1 Large Mural painted (Tacoma Spaceworks)
• 2 Public Art Piano projects (Auburn and Bellevue)
• 2 New Art Books - Happiness is a Cup of Coffee and A Rupture of Robots
• 3 Art Locations selling my prints outside Seattle (Portland, Philadelphia and Twisp)
• 1 Big solo art show,  6 Smaller solo shows and numerous group shows around town
• 3 School Author visits and Poetry Readings to elementary school kids
• 1 Radio Interview (King FM)
• Mailing List started; 4 Newsletters sent out
• Invited as Monthly Featured Poet at R.A.S.P. April 2015 
• Runner-up in the inaugural Columbia Winery Celebrates Northwest Artists competition
• 15 Art Fair and Holiday Bazaar Events
• 55 New Oil and Acrylic Paintings painted (see picture below) 
• 50+ Ink-on-Panel paintings created just for art fairs
• Almost a hundred Ink & Marker daily sketches (some on Facebook, most in my Robots Sketchbook) 
• 270 New LIKEs on my Facebook Art Page
• Hundred's and hundreds of people met at Art Events and many new friends made
• Included by the City of Seattle to their Ethnic Artist Roster
• Completed 1 year as an Arts Commissioner for the City of Bellevue, including several months spent chairing a Panel to select artists for Bellevue's Meydenbauer Bay Park Public Arts projects.

What can I say - this was my first calendar year completed as a full-time professional artist I feel extremely lucky and have nothing but heartfelt thanks and gratitude for  everyone who has helped fuel my journey with their enthusiasm, encouragement and support. You Guys Rock!
